Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Timevex software platform operated by Lars Birndt, Neugasse 13, 01662 Meissen, Germany (hereinafter "Timevex").
Timevex is intended exclusively for businesses (B2B). Use by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is excluded.
2. Subject Matter
Timevex provides web-based software for appointment and booking management as well as integration of external platforms (e.g. Google).
Timevex does not provide any on-site services and does not act as a contracting party between end customers and businesses.
3. Freemium Model
Timevex is offered in a freemium model:
- Certain features can be used free of charge.
- Advanced features may become paid in the future.
Timevex reserves the right to adjust the scope of the free version at any time.
4. Paid Services (future)
Paid services will be:
- clearly marked
- presented transparently before the contract is concluded
- enabled only after explicit user consent
No paid services will be incurred without prior consent.
5. Registration and User Account
Using certain features requires registration.
Users must provide accurate and complete information and keep access credentials confidential.
6. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws
- not transmit abusive, unlawful or harmful content
- respect the rights of third parties
7. Availability
Timevex strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may lead to temporary limitations.
8. Liability
Timevex is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, Timevex is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage.
Liability for lost profits or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Content and Data
Users remain solely responsible for the content, appointments, and data they enter.
Timevex assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of user-provided information.
10. Termination
Use of the free features can be terminated at any time.
For paid services, the agreed contractual terms apply.
Timevex reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of violations of these Terms of Use.
11. Changes to These Terms
Timevex reserves the right to adapt these Terms of Use.
Registered users will be informed in due time about material changes.
12. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of business, insofar as legally permissible.
